Caroline got a new pink room for Christmas, from the "fresh pink lemonade" walls to the pink bedspread with chocolate minky dots. Aunt Lorri even got in on the act, whipping up a plush pink lumbar pillow and two chocolate minky dot pillows to match her bed. Lorri topped it off with a chocolate minky dot valance with a pink lemonade "C" monogrammed in the center. We completed the presentation with a princess canopy of white tulle overhead and a tulle bedskirt trimmed with white satin ribbon.She even got a Pink Princess alarm clock that projects stars on her ceiling. She has it set for 6:00 aM and honors it religiously every school-day morning! If only she'd sleep with the big pink light off so she could actually enjoy her stars...baby steps, right?
All that to say...simply pretty in pink!

Y'all!!!! This is absolutely dream-like! How ecstatic Caroline must be! It is beautiful. I love the combination of the pink and brown. Very pretty, and I'm super impressed with the valance and pillows made by Lorri! She's a great seamstress! (Every time I write or say the word seamstress I always think about this guy that Carrie Beth dated in college who thought the nickname we called her was "Seamstress" when in fact it was Ceebstriss--glad she let that one go). The Tulle canopy and bedskirt are like icing on the cake. Just exquisite! Nice work! Blessings on y'all. Love you!
