Nicholas turns 9!!!
We had so much fun celebrating Nicholas' 9th birthday! The last day of school was June 5th and it was a 1/2 day! So we went to school that morning for the awards program (more on that later) and celebrated Nicholas' birthday with his class. We brought cupcakes for them to enjoy with lunch. When school ended Nick picked up Nicholas and 3 of his friends for an afternoon of putt-putt golf and laser tag! Then everyone came back to our house for Wii fun and a sleepover! It was a great day for all!

Happy Birthday! Looks like you had an awesome time. We thought of you on your special day. We were eating our breakfast and when we flipped to the devotional for the day, it was entitled "Time to Celebrate". It had a picture of a little boy blowing out candles on his cake. I said to everybody, "Wow! How appropriate since today is Nicholas' birthday!" It was about how it's fun to celebrate birthdays and other special holidays, but that we have something to celebrate every day of the year. "They will celebrate your great goodness. They will sing with joy about your holy acts." Psalm 145:7 Anyway, we were thinking of you! Bless you! Glad you had a fun party!
